Grape variety cultivated in Bordeaux and Loire Valley mainly but is readily available in other parts of the world and among others in Valais on our Vetroz vines. This wine is not offered by many Valais cellars. Known for its pronounced notes that tend towards pepper, not very pleasant. This wine offered by our winemaker in the Fin Bec range puts an end to the aggressiveness and gives way to a rather disconcerting smoothness.
