Bordeaux grape variety, from the Cabernet family, it was introduced in Ticino in 1907 and has been established in the vineyards of Valais for about fifteen years. Our terroir has been able to erase the acidity, giving a powerful wine, incomparable flesh and smoothness. It will flourish even more over time.

5 à 8 years.

Aromas

Notes of caramel, roasted coffee, black cherry and cassis.

Palace

Supple and silky tannins, vinous character with aromas of forest berries and gourmet chocolate notes.

Color

A dark color with purplish reflections.

Food pairings

Beef, lamb, veal, meats in sauce (coq au vin, braised), beef tenderloin in crust.

Operating temperature

Between 14°C and 16°C.
