Merlot

Bordeaux grape variety, from the Cabernet family, it was introduced in Ticino in 1907 and has been established in the vineyards of Valais for about fifteen years.

Made from young vines located in Conthey and aged in oak barrels for 11 to 36 months, this gives us a wine without acidity, powerful and balanced that will flourish more beautifully over time.

Notes of caramel, roasted coffee, black cherry and blackcurrant.
