Cornalin

Crossing of two Aosta Valley grape varieties, it was first spoken of in Valais at the beginning of the 14th century. A grape variety from the middle ages which tends to be temperamental and difficult to work with. Like a monarch, he desires the full attention of his court. So capricious that the Valais almost abandoned it in the middle of the 20th century. But thanks to the perseverance and the envy of our winegrower so that this date variety does not disappear, he has been able to restore it to its nobility. A wine that has made itself known and become one of the most unmissable wines of Valais.
