A grape variety from the middle ages which tends to be temperamental and difficult to work with. Like a monarch, he desires the full attention of his Court. So capricious that the Valais almost gave it up in the middle of the 20th century, but thanks to perseverance and the desire that this medieval grape variety does not disappear, our winegrower has been able to restore it to its nobility. A wine that has made itself known and become one of the most unmissable wines of Valais. This Cornalin is aged in oak barrels for xxxx, giving us a very fruity Cornalin with a good length in the mouth. It is a rather atypical and exceptional wine.<\/p>\n
